Court resurfacing will begin on May 4, 2026, and is expected to take approximately three weeks (weather permitting).

These upgrades will significantly enhance play quality and overall experience for all members.

There will be no refunds, cancellations, or prorated fees

Membership Registration – How to sign up

Please choose ONE of the FOUR OPTIONS below based on your situation

NEW MEMBERS (No Court Reserve Account)

1. Create a Court Reserve Account. Create Court Reserve Account Link

2. Complete and submit the registration form

3. After submitting, you will receive an email with payment instructions

4. Payment is completed by e-gransfer to the club’s email via your financial institution

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP (Under 18)

Junior membership for the 2026 year is $50.

All juniors registered for Hillcrest Tennis Camp ( https://www.hillcresttenniscamp.com/) must register as members at Hillcrest Tennis Club

IMPORTANT

  • Juniors must have their own Court Reserve account
  • A separate email address is required for the junior

To register a junior for the first time

1.Create a Court Reserve account using the junior’s email address:

2. Submit the registration form.

3. An email with payment instructions will be sent.

4. Complete registration by e-transfer as instructed.

Existing Hillcrest Members (Renewing)

If you were a member in a previous year:

If the name on your bank account is different from your membership registration:

  • Include registered name, phone number, and email in the e-transfer message.

** If we cannot match your payment to a previous registration, your membership will not be activated.

ALREADY HAVE A COURT RESERVE ACCOUNT (from another club)

Already Have a Court Reserve Account (From Another Club)

If you already have a Court Reserve account through another club:

  1. Log in to your Court Reserve account.
  2. Click the drop-down menu under your name.
  3. Select My Organizations → Add Organization.
  4. Add Hillcrest Tennis Club.
  5. Complete and submit the registration form.
  6. You will receive an email with payment instructions to complete registration.
