CLUB RULES
- All courts must be booked using the online booking system.
- Members must keep the entrance gate combination confidential.
- The gate code is sent to all members at the beginning of the season. Please ensure you have received it. The Club will not be responsible for any issues if the gate code is forgotten.
- Members must ensure the entrance gate is securely locked if they are the last to leave.
- Use of the practice court is limited to 15 minutes if others are waiting.
- A maximum of four players is allowed on each court.
- A maximum of four balls is allowed on each court.
- Only the club pro and approved instructors can use baskets of balls on court 1.
CONDUCT
- Appropriate tennis attire must be worn at all times.
- Shoes with non-marking soles must be worn.
- Smoking is prohibited on club grounds.
- Pets are prohibited on tennis courts.
- Profanity and abusive language are not tolerated.
GUEST FEES
- Members may bring a maximum of three guests per month
- The guest fee is $15 per guest, per day.
- Fees must be paid prior to the session by e-transfer to myhtcmembership@gmail.com.
- Any violations of this policy may result in suspension of membership.
PUBLIC HOURS
- Saturday and Sunday 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm Courts 1, 2, 3, and 4)
- Statutory Holiday 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Courts 3 and 4.
